generally adequate experience
central location cozy garden extra charge clogged drain
the location was definitely a plus (it's quite central). i enjoyed the pool area, especially the garden around it. it provided a cozy spot.
The sauna and jacuzzi required an extra charge. I found this unusual for a five-star hotel. the bathtub had a clogged drain, and the coffee maker leaked water onto the table. these issues was like the hotel needed better maintenance.

friendly staff good variety
i stayed in the hotel and the staff were very friendly. breakfast included a good variety of options. the outdoor pool proved a welcome amenity after a day spent exploring the city, it was a great bonus.
the room i booked had a window the SIZE of my hand, it was unexpected.

outrageous price limited menu
The location was acceptable. It allowed convenient access to many sites.
The minibar prices were outrageous. I found the cost of water particularly offensive, they even removed my own half-full bottle! The room service menu seemed quite limited. It lacked variety I would expect at this price point, overall leading to a very disenchanting stay

Mixed feelings about the experience
clogged drain leaking coffee maker
The location was acceptable, close enough to some attractions.
The sauna and jacuzzi weren't included. There was an additional charge. The bathtub drain was clogged, and the coffee maker leaked water ALL OVER the table. It really didn't feel like a FIVE-STAR experience.
